Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts unveils an exclusive culinary collaboration at The London Grill, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, featuring Natalina – a celebration of Italy’s rich culinary heritage infused with a modern twist.

From 29 May to 1 June, starting at 7 p.m. each evening, guests can indulge in the culinary delights of Natalina, curated by its Head Chef Stefano Maria La Penna. 

Chef Stefano, renowned for his culinary expertise spanning from Monaco to Malaysia, brings his passion and love for Italian cuisine, to the heart of Colombo. His culinary journey, deeply rooted in his grandmother’s kitchen and refined through prestigious culinary schools and kitchens across Europe and the Caribbean, Chef Stefano promises an unforgettable dining experience. 

The London Grill will transform into a haven of Italian flavours, where guests can savour Chef Stefano’s masterpieces, meticulously prepared using the finest ingredients and culinary techniques. From classic Roman dishes to innovative creations, Natalina offers a culinary journey like no other.
