Vallibel Finance goes for Rs. 500 m listed debenture

Vallibel Finance Plc is planning to raise Rs. 500 million via the issuance of a listed debenture. The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle the company’s application for listing the debt securities. The company will issue 2.5 million unsecured, subordinated, redeemable debentures at Rs. 100 each with an option to issue a further 2.5 million debentures in the event of the initial figure is oversubscribed. The issue will open on 11 February. Financial advisors and managers to the issue is Navara Capital Partners Ltd.
