TKS Group officiates merger

The TKS Group formally integrated two of its finance sector holdings, TKS Finance Ltd. and Asian Finance Ltd. into a single merged entity TKS Finance Ltd. at a signing ceremony held recently. Senior officials of Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Members of the Board of Directors of TKS Finance and Asian Finance Ltd. and the companies’ customers and other stakeholders were present at the momentous occasion.
