Supreme Court Justice K. Sripavan to deliver ICASL Annual Tax Oration on 2 August

The 16th Annual Tax Oration organised by the Tax Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) on ‘Judicial Review of Fiscal Tax Statutes and Protection to Taxpayers’ will be held on 2 August 2011 at the ICASL Auditorium, Colombo 7.

The oration will be delivered by Supreme Court Justice K. Sripavan, who will eloborate in detail on the judicial review of fiscal tax statutes and protection to taxpayers to a wide-ranging audience.

The annual tax oration is a much awaited event in the Institute’s calendar and attracts a significant number of tax professionals, including high-end tax officials from the public sector to tax orators, members of the general public who show a keen interest in the subject and a significant number of ICASL members.
