Softlogic gives 100% to retail applicants

Softlogic Holdings yesterday announced the basis of allocation on its Rs. 4 billion Initial Public Offering (IPO) with retail individual investor category getting 100% of their request.

The IPO made available to the public 139 million shares at Rs. 29 each and was oversubscribed by 4.22 times recently. Following is the full basis of allotment:



Retail Investor Category: 100%

Two qualifying unit trusts were allotted the total number of shares applied for.
