Commercial Credit and Finance (COCR) yesterday announced the application details for its offer of 2.5 million Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable Debentures at an issue price of Rs.100.00 each (with an option to issue a further 2.5mn Debentures in the event of the initial Debentures being oversubscribed).
As at 23 January 2013, COCR had received a total of 35 applications for a cumulative value of Rs.27 million.
