Short-term credit on share portfolio

In line with the synergy that exists within the Group, both Asian Finance and TKS Finance in collaboration with TKS Securities also launched its unique Express Share Credit product, a first of its kind in Sri Lanka.

“The facility allows its customers to get cash against the pledge of their shares to meet their urgent financial requirements,” Zabidi said.

Under the product 50% of the lodged value of shares will be extended on short term duration of one to three months.

Depending on the performance of the share portfolio, Express Share Credit clients can either top up or sell off.
