 To enhance the level of service provided, Seylan Bank relocated and upgraded three branches in some of the most prominent locations in the country to enrich the level of service coupled with quality customer service. Seylan Bank relocated its Super Grade branch situated in the hill capital at No.63, King’s Street, Kandy on 24 November 2014,
The branch was declared open by General Manager / Chief Executive Officer Kapila Ariyaratne while the Governor of the Central Province Hon. Tikiri Kobbekaduwa graced the occasion. The branch was relocated to provide a superior service to the clientele in the area and to make the processes more convenient for the customers.
Simultaneously, the branch situated in the heart of Katugastota was transformed into a fully fledged branch at No.81, Kurunegala Road, Katugastota. It was declared open by Senior Deputy General Manager, Recoveries, Sunil de Silva.
The sacred city of Kataragama too saw the opening of a new fully fledged branch at No.01, Main Street, New Town, Kataragama for the convenience of both the residents of the area as well as pilgrims who visit the city every day. The branch was declared open by Senior Deputy General Manager, Operations, Nimal Thillekeratne.
Seylan Bank now has 156 Branches and Banking Centres together with 173 ATM machines across the island.
