Senior banker Kondadeniya appointed to CIFL Board

Senior banker S.B. Kondadeniya has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Central Investments and Finance Plc.

Kondadeniya, being a long standing member of CIFL since 2010, holds 48 years experience of international and domestic banking and finance. He has been trained in international banking at Commerz Bank in Germany.

Kondadeniya was also the Chief Manager of the People’s Bank International Division and Corporate Branch from 1998 to 2001.

His long years of experience has contributed in maintaining high degree of discipline in administrations and operations of CIFL, the Company added.

CIFL also announced that Non Executive Independent Directors S.P. Daluwatte and K.N. Indatissa have resigned from the Board with effect from 15 September.
