Sanjay joins Senkadagala Finance Board

Sanjay Kulatunga has been appointed to the Board of Senkadagala Finance Plc as an Independent Non Executive Director of the company with effect from 8 October.

Highly qualified Kulatunga is the Executive Director at Amba Research and was a former Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is also a Non Executive Independent Director at Odel Plc and Expolanka Holdings Plc. He is also a member of the Financial System Stability Consultative Committee of the Central Bank.

Following the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Senkadagala Finance Plc comprises of Lal De Alwis (Chairman), L. Balasuriya (Managing Director/CEO), A. Balasuriya, L. Fernando, W.A.T. Fernando, P. Ramanujam and S.S. Kulatunga.
