Rangamuwa appointed to Pan Asia Bank Board

Pan Asia Bank Plc has announced the appointment of J.S.B. Rangamuwa to its Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from yesterday. The appointment has been approved by the Central Bank. Rangamuwa is also the Managing Director of Vallibel Finance Plc. He is an experienced professional in management, finance, credit and marketing with over 20 years of senior management exposure having held key positions at strategic and operational levels.Rangamuwa serves on the Boards of Hunnas Falls Plc and Style-Kraft Ltd (Orit Apparel) as well. He was a former director at Mercantile Investments Plc and had stints at Central Finance and Ernst & young. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Rangamuwa is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants of Australia and has an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland. With the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Pan Asia Bank Plc comprises of Nimal Perera (Chairman), Eshana de Silva (Deputy Chairman), M. Goonathilleke, T.G. Thoradeniya, G.A.R.D. Prasanna, T. Igarashi, T. Murakami, H.K. Seneviratne and J.S.B. Rangamuwa.
