People’s Bank rewards Jaya Sri 2013 June winner

Initiated from April this year, People’s Bank Jaya Sri Grand Draw 2013 produced its winner for the month of June from Athugalpura. The first prize of a Suzuki Alto for the Jaya Sri 2013 June draw was won by S.B. Kokwewa, who is a resident of Kottagashandiya and an Assistant Engineer of the Department of Irrigation. Kokwewa, expressing his views about the win said: “I’ve been a customer of People’s Bank for over 35 years. The staff of the Athugalpuraya branch are very friendly and courteous. I was very happy when I got to know that I won the first prize for June from the Jaya Sri Draw. I advise everyone to carry out their banking requirements with People’s Bank. I’m sure everyone will be a winner with People’s Bank.” Monthly draws will be held throughout the year for Jaya Sri 2013 which will end with a grand draw. At the monthly draw, a Suzuki Alto Car, 24 cash prizes each worth Rs. 100,000 and 690 cash prizes each worth Rs. 10,000 can be won every month. In order to qualify for the monthly draw of Jaya Sri 2013, customers have to maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 10,000 for a month in any of the People’s Bank savings accounts while maintaining a minimum balance of Rs. 50,000 throughout the year will provide customers with an opportunity to enter the Year End Grand Draw. Deposits of Rs. 50,000 or Rs. 100,000 will earn additional chances of winning. Every savings or current account holder except for underage accounts or NRFC accounts qualifies for this draw. At the Year End Grand Draw, two super-luxury houses each worth of Rs. 10 million can be won or the winners can choose to receive the value in cash.
