Palihena joins Softlogic Capital Board

Senior ex-banker S.N.P. Palihena has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Softlogic Capital Ltd. in an independent capacity.



Palihena, a former General Manager of Bank of Ceylon, has a distinguished banking career spanning almost 40 years. He presently serves as a Director of several companies in the private sector.

Palihena is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers – UK and a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers, Sri Lanka. He hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Financial Administration from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
