Nimal’s PMB stake tops 10%

High networth investor Nimal Perera’s stake in People’s Merchant Plc had topped 10%.

This is following Perera buying 3.01 million shares recently, New World Securities said.

Yesterday People’s Merchant closed at Rs. 23.80 up from Rs. 23 on Monday. Last week it closed at Rs. 24.20, down by Rs. 5.90 from the previous week.
