New gift scheme from People’s Bank NRFC Account

A special prize draw for People’s Bank ‘Ethera Isura’ NRFC savings accounts that offer special benefits for foreign employees, was inaugurated on 1 March 2012. This draw will be carried out in two stages as monthly draws and a year-end grand draw.

To qualify for the monthly draw, a minimum balance of US$ 250 or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency should be maintained in any month from 1 March 2012 to 31 December 2012.

In the monthly draw, five winners will be selected and the prizes will be Rs. 25,000 each.

To qualify for the year end grand draw, a minimum balance of USD 250 or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency should be maintained in an ‘Ethera Isura’ NRFC account during 1 July and 31 December 2012.

The first prize of the grand draw is Rs. 1 million. Additionally 10 prizes each worth Rs. 100,000 and 15 prizes each worth Rs. 50,000 will be on offer. The special feature of this draw is that every additional US$ 250 or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency maintained during the period will gain additional winning chances at the draw.
