Mandatory offer on National Lanka Finance

Subsequent to the allotment of 100.0mn shares (50.0% on post Rights Issue) of Nation Lanka Finance (CSF) at Rs.5.00 per share by way of a Private Placement on 11 March 2011, Investor Access Equities and parties acting in concert have announced a Mandatory Offer to the remaining shareholders of CSF.

The offer amounting to 99.9mn shares (or such lesser number dependent upon the number of shares allotted on the rights issue which is pending – 50.0% of CSF) is at Rs.5.00 per share.

The parties acting concert with Investor Access Equities are Nawaloka Construction Ltd and J. Rudra.
