LB Finance announces basis of allocation for debentures

LB Finance (LFIN) has announced the basis of allotment for its Rs.2 billion Debenture issue of 20 million of Unsecured, Subordinated, Redeemable Debentures at Rs.100.00 per debenture. Application up to and including 40,000 debentures : 100% of the debentures applied Applications over 40,000 debentures : 40,000 debentures and 88.077% of the debentures applied over and above 40,000 debentures rounded to the nearest 100 debentures. The three-type issue was oversubscribed on its official opening day itself last week with 125 applications for Rs. 2.42 billion worth of debentures.
