Fitch withdraws ratings on Softlogic Holdings

Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Softlogic Holdings Plc’s (SHL) National Long-Term Rating of ‘BBB-(lka)’ and the ‘BBB-(lka)’ rating on the company’s senior unsecured redeemable debentures. Both ratings were on Rating Watch Negative. The ratings have been withdrawn due to insufficient information to maintain the ratings. While the Issuer has provided Fitch with some information, we have not received sufficient information. Fitch will no longer provide rating or analytical coverage of this issuer.
