Faizan Ozman appointed to NCAP Board

NDB Capital Holdings Plc (NCAP) announced the appointment of Faizan Ozman as a non-executive, non-independent Director to the Board of NCAP with effect from 31 January. Ozman currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer of National Development Bank Plc (NDB). He counts over 20 years of management experience and exposure both locally and internationally across a wide spectrum of banking and financial services such as corporate banking, risk management, operations and strategic planning. He has also attended executive leadership training programs at Insead France and Stanford USA. Prior to joining NDB, Ozman served as the Head of Risk Management and Compliance/Chief Risk Officer of Seylan Bank Plc. He has previously served at Standard Chartered Bank for a period of 11 years during which time he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, playing a lead role in the integration of Standard Chartered Bank with Grindlays, Union Bank and American Express. He has also served at Citibank N.A. from 1990-2009 managing corporate and multinational relationships.
