Dharmarajah appointed to DFCC Board

Top professional T. Dharmarajah has been appointed to the Board of DFCC Bank PLC as a Non-Executive Director. He is the Senior Partner (Audit and Assurance), at Ameresekera and Company. He is also a Director at DFCC Vardhana Bank PLC, TKS Finance Ltd., TKS Securities Ltd., and Raigam Wayamba Salterns PLC.

Dharmarajah is a B.Sc Management (Special) Graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka and Institute of Public Finance and Development Accountancy. He is also a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Council of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Board of Management, Postgraduate Institute of Management and Curriculum Development Committee of the National Institute of Education. Following the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of DFCC Bank PLC comprises of C.R. Jansz (Chairman), G.K. Dayasri (Senior Director), R.B. Thambiayah, H.M.N.S. Gunawardana (Government Director), L.P. Chandradasa, J.E.A. Perumal, P.M.B. Fernando, T. Dharmarajah (Non-Executive Director) and S.R. Thambiayah (alternate to R.B. Thambiayah).
