CIMA seminar on recent amendments to tax statutes on 5 November

CIMA Sri Lanka will be conducting a seminar on recent amendments to the tax statutes on 5 November from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the CIMA Auditorium. The presentation will be delivered by KPMG Tax Attorney Suresh R.I. Perera.

The presentation will cover the key tax issues stemming from the legislations passed pursuant to the budget proposals presented in October 2014 and January 2015. In addition to the amendments to the Inland Revenue Act, Value Added Tax, Nation Building Tax, Economic Service Charge, Special Commodity Levy and new taxes such as Super Gain Tax, Mansion Tax, Migration Tax, mobile telephone operators levy etc will be covered.
