Central Investment and Finance Ltd. has announced the basis of allotment on its Initial Public Offering (IPO) granting 100% of the requests in retail, depositors and employee category.
For non retail class applicants, 100% will be allocated up to 4.9 million and above that quantity an additional 53.264% of the balance shares applied will be made. The Rs. 400 million IPO involving 40 million shares at Rs. 10 each drew 5,255 applications worth only Rs. 427 million, reflecting an oversubscription of only Rs. 27 million.
