Central Finance goes for Rs. 700 m private debt placement

Central Finance Company Plc's Board of Directors last week resolved to proceed with a private placement worth Rs. 700 million via a rated unlisted unsecured redeemable debenture issue.

The issue will be 700,000 debentures at Rs. 1,000 each.

The move is subject to regulatory approval whilst the NDB Investment Bank will function as the structuring and placement agent.
