The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved in principle an application submitted by Candor Opportunities Fund for listing of its units.
It is expected to offer 75 million units at an issue price of Rs.10 per unit. This will be on the basis of 50 million units at Rs. 10 each and a further 25 million units in the event of an oversubscription.
The official date of opening subscription list is 20th October 2015.
But the public can subscribe from 12 October onwards.
Fund managers to the issue are Candor Asset Management Ltd., and Bartleet Religare Securities Ltd. Trustees and custodians are Deutsche Bank AG.
