The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) yesterday announced the basis of allotment for its Rs. 8 million debenture issue at Rs. 100 per debenture on the following basis. 5 Year: Total allotment of 40 million debentures Type A: 57.59% Type B: 56.93% Type C: Not relevant 8 Year: Total allotment of 12 million debentures Type D: 96.25% Type E: Not relevant 9 Year: Total allotment of 12 million debentures Type F: 95.98% Type G: Not relevant 10 Year: Total allotment of 16 million debentures Type H: 13.41% Type I: Not relevant
