Bimputh Lanka Investments to list via introduction

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved in principle an application by Bimputh Lanka Investments Ltd., to listing of its ordinary voting shares on the Diri Savi Board by way of an introduction.

Accordingly 20.2 million ordinary voting shares of the Company will be listed shortly.

Bimputh is the latest finance company to be approved for listing by way of an introduction. Some of the other recent approvals include Mercantile Investments, Swarnamahal Financial Services, Commercial Credit and Chillaw Finance.
