Arpico Finance announces basis of allotment on debentures

The Board of Directors of Arpico Finance Company (ARPI) has decided to allot 100% of the Debentures applied for in respect of all valid applications for its Debenture issue of 3.0mn Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable Debentures at an issue price of Rs.100.00 each (with an option to issue up to further 3.0mn debentures in the event the initial offer being oversubscribed).
