Nemantha Nilhan Abeysinghe
WEBXPAY Ltd., a leading digital payments and financial solutions provider in Sri Lanka, has announced the appointment of Nemantha Nilhan Abeysinghe as an Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board.
Abeysinghe brings over three decades of experience across corporate leadership, finance, strategy, and business development, having held senior leadership roles in both local and international organisations. His extensive expertise in strategic growth and corporate engagement is expected to further strengthen WEBXPAY’s expansion into integrated financial solutions.

Abeysinghe joins a strong and dynamic Board comprising experienced executive and non-executive directors, including Thilak Piyadigama (Executive Chairman), Aroosi Thasim (Non-Executive Director), Nayana Darshaka Serasinghe (Non-Executive Director), Tamir Illyas (Executive Director), Sarah Illyas (Non-Executive Director), Fazal Mohamed (Executive Director – Operations) and, Anuradha Gamage (Executive Director – Risk and Compliance).
