Union Assurance has celebrated the outstanding achievements of its top-performing Insurance Relationship Officers (IROs) of the Partnership Distribution Channel at a MDRT recognition event, held at Hilton Colombo. The event honoured over 65 active qualifiers from the Partnership Distribution channel who achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status for the year 2024, including two Top of the Table (TOT) and 14 Court of the Table (COT) qualifiers.
The MDRT, COT, and TOT recognitions are globally respected benchmarks in the Life Insurance industry, representing the highest standards of performance, professionalism, and customer service. Union Assurance’s commitment to nurturing talent and driving excellence was evident in the calibre of achievers celebrated at the event.

The conference also featured an inspiring keynote address by renowned speaker Fahad Farook. This dynamic session was designed to empower IROs with the tools and mindset needed to elevate their performance and expand their impact across Sri Lanka.
