Union Assurance CEO Senath Jayatilake appointed to Board

CEO Senath Jayatilake

Union Assurance PLC has appointed its CEO Senath Jayatilake to its Board as an Executive Director.

Jayatilake is an Executive Vice President of the John Keells Group and previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of John Keells Logistics Ltd.

He has over 19 years of experience in operations management, sales and marketing, and financial management.

He holds a BA (Hon) in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham (UK), and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (University of Sri Jayewardenepura). He is an Associate Member (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).
