Uditha Jayasinghe appointed to Dialog Finance Board

Uditha Jayasinghe

Uditha Jayasinghe has been appointed as an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Dialog Finance PLC.

He fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Ajith Akmeemana.

Jayasinghe is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, having held key financial leadership roles, including Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Group Finance Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. His expertise in financial reporting and accounting spans multiple industries, including telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, apparel, and travel and tourism.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and an Associate Member of the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACMA). Additionally, he is a Fellow Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management (FICM) and a Life Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of

Sri Lanka (MAAT).

Jayasinghe holds a Second Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Financial Management (BSc) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from the University of West London, United Kingdom.

Jayasinghe is a dedicated lecturer with over 10 years of experience teaching undergraduates, postgraduates, and professional exam candidates. He currently serves as a visiting lecturer at Wisdom Business Academy, ICBT Campus, Imperial College of Business Management, SAB Campus, and the Royal Institute of Colombo.
