The Rs. 5 billion listed debenture issue of Siyapatha Finance PLC is now open for subscription.
The company is issuing 30,000,000 listed, rated, senior, unsecured, redeemable, 5-year debentures bearing a fixed interest rate of 11.40% p.a. payable annually (AER 11.40%) with an option to issue up to a further 10,000,000 of said debentures at the discretion of the company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial issue, and with a further option to issue up to a further 10,000,000 of said debentures at the discretion of the company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial issue and the second tranche in order to raise a maximum amount of Rs. 5 billion.
The official opening date is 19 June but the issue can be subscribed from now on.
The Managers to the issue is the Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC Investment Banking Unit.
