Senthi Nandhanan Senthilverl has been appointed to the Board of Amana Bank PLC as a Non-Executive/Non-Independent Director.

Senthilverl Holdings owns 15.3% stake in Amana Bank PLC.

Senthi is a seasoned corporate leader with over 24 years of experience in strategic decision-making, governance, and operational leadership across financial services, energy, FMCG, and investment sectors. He has a strong track record in driving sustainable growth, optimising supply chains, and strengthening corporate governance.

Currently, he serves as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director at Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC.

He is also an Executive Director at Senthilverl Holdings Ltd., managing equity investments and portfolio diversification. Additionally, as CEO of Dollar Corporation, a legacy enterprise founded in 1945, he oversees operations spanning cosmetics, confectionery, beverages, toiletries, detergents, and incense sticks.

Previously, he was a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director at Panasian Power PLC (2017-2021). He holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and is a member of the Association of Business Executives.
