Senkadagala Finance buys Candor Asset Management

Senkadagala Finance PLC (SFCL) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Candor Asset Management Ltd to buy 100% of the share capital of the latter for Rs. 26.7 million.

Candor Asset Management is a fully owned subsidiary of Eagle Proprietary Investments Ltd.

Following the deal Candor Asset Management Ltd., is a fully owned subsidiary of SFCL.

CAM is a licensed and regulated by the SEC to manage Unit Trust Funds and private portfolios inclusive of both conventional and Shariah compliant funds. The deal has been approved by the Central Bank and the SEC.
