Senfin Securities celebrates two years of success under new ownership

A special multi-religious ceremony was held on 15 March to commemorate the completion of two years since the takeover of the company by E W Balasuriya & Company Ltd. and to invoke blessings on the company and stakeholders of the company. 

Senfin Securities Ltd. (SSL) is an affiliate of Senkadagala Finance PLC, a trading member of the Colombo Stock Exchange and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka. SSL formerly known as Candor Equities Ltd. which began operations in 2006 was acquired by E W Balasuriya & Company Ltd. on 1 November 2021 and a further investment was made by Senkadagala Finance PLC on 2 January 2023.
