The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) yesterday deferred the trading suspension on Millennium Housing Developers PLC until 31 December.
The suspension was due to take effect on 1 September due to the emphasis of ongoing concern contained in the Independent Auditor’s Reports for the financial years ended 31 March 2024 and 31 March 2025, respectively.
