Prof. Roshan Ajward joins LCB Finance Board

Lanka Credit and Business Finance PLC (LCB Finance) yesterday announced the appointment of Prof. Roshan Ajward as an Independent, Non-Executive Director with effect from 8 September.

Prof. Ajward is Accounting Professor at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce Department of Accounting.

He currently serves as one of the Co-Chairs of the USJ Research Council and Coordinator of the Master of Professional Accounting Degree Program.

His research interests focus on corporate governance, auditing, ethics and financial reporting. He holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy (Special) Degree with First Class Honours and Gold Medal, an MBOA with First in Order of Merit, and a PhD from Waseda University, Japan. He is also a Fellow of CA Sri Lanka and CMA.
