People’s Bank recently held both the monthly and grand draws of the “People’s Debit Card Gedaratama Thegi” program, covering the period from March to May 2025.
The event saw the selection of 150 monthly winners, along with three grand prize winners, who were awarded valuable home appliances worth Rs. 1 million, Rs. 500,000, and Rs. 250,000, respectively.
In addition, supermarket vouchers worth Rs. 25,000 each were awarded to 150 lucky winners selected during the monthly draws. Altogether, the “People’s Debit Card Gedaratama Thegi” promotion distributed prizes totalling Rs. 5.5 million.
The event was graced by the presence of People’s Bank Deputy General Manager – Commercial Credit Thushari Hewawasam, Deputy General Manager – Payment and Cards Nilmini Premalal, Deputy Manager – Audit Salika Madanayake, and Department of Revenue (Western Province) Appraiser Sanjaya Bulathsinhala.
