People’s Bank honoured with top accolades at Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025

People’s Bank reaffirmed its leadership in organisational excellence by winning multiple prestigious awards at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025, hosted by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka). The ceremony was held recently at Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, recognising organisations across the public and private sectors for their outstanding management strategies and performance.

At the forefront of this year’s honours, People’s Bank was awarded the Gold Award in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Cluster, a significant recognition that underscores the bank’s deep-rooted commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, equality, and respect across its operations. This accolade positions People’s Bank as a trailblazer in implementing inclusive workplace practices that empower diverse talent and promote equity at all levels.
