Orient Finance PLC, recently announced it has rebranded as Janashakthi Finance PLC.

As a subsidiary of the Janashakthi Group (JXG), this strategic move aims to strengthen the company’s market presence, reinforce brand identity and align operations with long-term growth objectives.

Janashakthi Ltd. Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer Ramesh Schaffter said: “The transformation goes beyond a simple name change.
