Nestor Stock Brokers appoints new MD and CEO

Nestor Stock Brokers Ltd., which is a trading member of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), has appointed Nandun Jayatillake as the Managing Director and Vathsala Sathiyakeerthi as the CEO.

Jayatillake who was the first Director/CEO of the company after obtaining the Trading Member Licence in 2006, holds an MBA and counts over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Sathiyakeerthi prior to her new appointment, functioned as the Head of Operations of the company. She has played leadership roles in Treasury Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Training and Development functions, over her 13 years of experience in the Non-Banking financial services sector.

Sathiyakeerthi is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA – UK) and has obtained a MBA in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire, UK and a Bachelor of Science (Physical Science) Degree from University of Peradeniya.
