Nation Lanka Finance PLC has invited expressions of interest (EOIs) from potential investors or investor consortia seeking to invest in the licensed finance company as part of an ongoing resolution process.
In a public notice, the company said the invitation is issued in line with the resolution framework applicable to finance companies licensed under the Finance Business Act, No. 42 of 2011.
Interested parties are required to submit EOIs by 20 March 2026 at 4 p.m. Sri Lanka time.
The EOIs must be clearly marked or titled “Expression of Interest – Investment in Nation Lanka Finance PLC”.
Applicants may submit a hard copy of the completed EOI in a sealed envelope addressed to the Administrator of Nation Lanka Finance PLC at No. 690, Galle Road, Colombo 03. Alternatively, a soft copy in PDF format may be submitted via email to [email protected]
Further information on the process can be obtained through the Central Bank’s website under the financial system stability resolution section or via Nation Lanka Finance PLC’s website. Interested parties may also contact the Administrator for additional details, the notice said.
