NSB Uragasmanhandiya branch relocated

Having opened in 2003, the Uragasmanhandiya branch of National Savings Bank (NSB) has delivered dedicated banking services for more than 20 years and with a view to offering a better experience to the customers of the area. Recently the branch was ceremoniously reopened at a new location, at Kosgoda Road, Uragasmanhandiya.

NSB Chairman Dr. Harsha Cabral PC, graced the occasion, as the Chief Guest while Karandeniya Divisional Secretary Prasanthi Madurangani, NSB Acting General Manager/CEO Rohana Weerakoon, Senior Deputy General Manager K Raveendran, Deputy General Manager (Operations) Nalika Wijesinghe, Assistant General Manager (Marketing) Dulakshi Perera, Regional Manager Susantha Piyarathna, Uragasmanhandiya Branch Manager Sudaraka Liyanage, several state officers and representatives of the business community were also present at the event.

The first day deposits were accepted by the distinguished guests, and the first deposit was handed over to Dr. Harsha Cabral PC by Mr & Mrs D. S. Jayawardena. The relocated branch consists of spacious premises and modern banking amenities including an ATM, ensuring a superior service to the people of the area.
