Maharaja Foods PLC said it has listed 12,500,000 new ordinary voting shares on the Colombo Stock Exchange following the completion of a Rights issue.
The company said the 10 for one issue at Rs. 9 raised Rs. 112.5 million in fresh capital.
As of end-December 2025, the company reported stated capital at Rs. 170.5 million and retained earnings at Rs. 107.5 million on total asset base of Rs. 689 million with net assets per share at Rs. 2.30. Short- and long-term bank borrowings amounted to nearly Rs. 310 million.
