Highlights from HNB Life’s Staff Conference 2026
HNB Life brought together employees from across the island for its 2026 Staff Conference, a memorable gala evening held as part of the company’s 25th Anniversary celebrations.
The event marked not only a milestone year in the organisation’s journey but also celebrated one of the most successful years in the company’s history, recognising the people and teams who continue to drive HNB Life forward.
The evening was a celebration of the extraordinary progress achieved during the past year, which saw HNB Life reach new heights across business performance, customer engagement and industry recognition. While the achievements were remarkable, the focus of the event remained firmly on the people behind the success, employees whose dedication and belief in the company’s purpose have helped shape its journey.
Executive Director/CEO Lasitha Wimalaratne said: “As we celebrate 25 years of our journey, it is important to remember that our greatest achievement has always been our people. Every milestone we have reached and every success we celebrate today has been made possible by the passion, dedication and resilience of our team. The past year has been one of the strongest in our history, and it is fitting that we come together to celebrate not only our achievements, but the individuals who made them possible. The transition to HNB Life represents the next chapter of our story, and I am excited about what lies ahead.”
