Ex-Hayleys Deputy CFO appointed to Singer Finance Board

Dhammika D.W. Siriwardene has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Singer Finance PLC.

Siriwardene is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.

He was formerly the Deputy Group CFO of Hayleys Group, a leading diversified group of companies with local and international operations. He has extensive experience in the fields of Finance, Strategic Planning, Management Audit, Insurance and Fund Management in a career spanning over 35 years.

With the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Singer Finance PLC comprises Aravinda Perera (Chairman), T.A. Amarasuriya (CEO/Director), J.M.J. Perera, D.G. Talpahewa, M.H. Wijewardene, D.T.R. De Silva, K.M.S.P. Herath and D.D.W. Siriwardene.
