Ceylinco Life’s top three winners in each of the three award categories with representatives of the company and the award presenters
Ceylinco Life reaffirmed its dominance in Sri Lanka’s life insurance industry when the company’s sales professionals secured an outstanding 14 awards at the National Forum for Life Insurance Advisors (NAFLIA) 2025, the annual flagship event organised by the Insurance Association of Sri Lanka (IASL).
Ceylinco Life dominated the ‘Large Scale Company’ category at this year’s event, winning most of the top honours. Notably, several of the company’s representatives went on to achieve National Awards, triumphing not only among large-scale companies but also against peers from medium and small insurers — a remarkable demonstration of the company’s training culture, advisor network and standards of excellence.

In the Sales Advisor (Non-Bancassurance) category, Ceylinco Life A.S. Hettiarachchi clinched the top award and was also crowned the National Award winner for his category across all industry tiers. His colleagues, A.I.P. Manjula and Y.L.A.M.C. Yakandawala, secured the runner-up and second runner-up positions respectively, and were similarly recognised in the National Award category, underscoring the company’s strength at every level.
In the Sales Supervisor (Non-Bancassurance) category, R.P. Edirisinghe was adjudged the winner and further distinguished himself as the National Award winner for his category.
The company’s dominance extended to the Branch Head (Non-Bancassurance) category, where S. Dharshan emerged as the winner and also secured the National Award, while R.P.L. Dhammika was placed second runner-up and additionally won the Bronze in the National Award category.
Ceylinco Life’s rising talent was also recognised, with B. Vanathy and S. Kanchana winning the runner-up and second runner-up positions respectively in the Fast Starter Awards category.
