Ceylinco Life, turned achievement into adventure this year when it rewarded its top sales performers of 2024 with unforgettable overseas tours to Malaysia, Dubai and Turkey.
The all-expenses-paid holidays, announced at the company’s Annual Awards Ceremony in March 2025, combined well-earned relaxation with spectacular sightseeing in three world-famous destinations.
For Malaysia, 16 achievers qualified, with six travelling on a two-night, three-day getaway packed with highlights such as the glittering Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers, the mystical Batu Caves and the thrill of the Genting Highlands.
12 officers earned the Dubai tour, with six embarking on a two-night, three-day itinerary that included a visit to the world’s tallest tower – the Burj Khalifa – as well as a city tour and a Marina dinner cruise, an irresistible blend of modern marvels and Arabian charm.
The Turkey tour was the most popular, with 20 achievers qualifying and 12 travelling. Over four nights and five days, they immersed themselves in the grandeur of Istanbul – from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque to the historic Galata Tower and Topkapi Palace.
Those who could not travel were rewarded with equivalent cash refunds, ensuring no one missed out on the recognition, the company said.
