Ceylinco Life’s NAFLIA 2026 winners being honoured at the awards presentation
Company’s sales professionals lead Adviser, Supervisor, Branch Manager and Fast Starter categories
Ceylinco Life has reaffirmed its standing as a powerhouse of sales excellence in Sri Lanka’s life insurance industry, securing an outstanding 12 awards at the 2026 edition of the National Forum for Life Insurance Advisors (NAFLIA), including five National Awards that recognised its professionals as the best in the country.
The awards event saw Ceylinco Life’s sales professionals excel at both the Large Company and National levels, with the company claiming top honours across the Advisor, Supervisor and Branch Manager categories in both levels, while also producing two winners in the Large Company level in the Fast Starter Advisor category.
In the Adviser category, A. P. S. Wijayakumar secured first place at National and Large Company Level, while A.I.P. Manjula was placed second in both levels, giving Ceylinco Life four awards across the two tiers of recognition in this category.
The company’s strength was equally evident in the Supervisor category, where R.P. Edirisinghe emerged as the first-place winner and also secured the National Award for the category, securing two more awards for his company.
Ceylinco Life also dominated the Branch Manager category, with A.S. Samarasinghe taking first place and J. Meera securing second place at both the National level and Large Company level, adding another four awards to the company’s tally.
The company’s emerging talent was recognised in the Fast Starter Adviser category at Large Company level, with S. Sivakumar taking first place and D.N. Shantha securing third place.

Organised by the Insurance Association of Sri Lanka (IASL), NAFLIA is recognised as a premier platform for knowledge-sharing, networking, training, motivation and capacity-building among life insurance advisors. The annual awards are based on the industry’s sales competition and are among the most coveted accolades for insurance advisors nationwide, recognising sales excellence while contributing to greater professionalism and ethical standards within the industry.
