The top award winners with Directors and senior management of Ceylinco Life
Ceylinco Life, Sri Lanka’s leading life insurer, has honoured its top-performing sales personnel at its Mid-Year Awards 2026, recognising their exceptional achievements in customer service during the first half of the year.
Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Weerawila under the theme ‘Champions of Excellence – Mid Year Awards 2026,’ the event brought together 230 participants, including the company’s Chairman, members of the Board, senior management and selected sales officers.
The two-day celebration provided an opportunity to recognise and reward outstanding performance across the company’s sales organisation, while bringing together those who have demonstrated excellence in achieving their goals during the first six months of 2026.
Awards were presented under multiple categories encompassing Investment, Awards of Excellence, Group Insurance, Retirement Planning, Manpower Achievement and Friendship Circle Champions, as well as High Flyer Achievements. The breadth of categories reflected the diverse contributions of Ceylinco Life’s sales force to the company’s performance.
The 124 award winners received a range of rewards in recognition of their achievements, including certificates, plaques, medals, trophies, cash prizes and foreign tours.
Among the distinguished performers recognised at the event were A. S. Samarasinghe of the Nugegoda branch, who was named Best Regional Sales Manager; S. R. A. R. Kumari of the Kolonnawa branch as Best Life Insurance Advisor - Rookie Category; A. I. P. Manjula of the Ambalantota branch, who was adjudged Best Life Insurance Advisor in the Veteran category; S. Ragini of the Jaffna branch, who was named Best Sales Executive; and A. S. L. Fernando of the Wennappuwa branch, who was recognised as Best Agency Head.
Adding to the spirit of appreciation and celebration, accommodation was provided to all winners and participants on a full-board basis at the resort.
The Mid-Year Awards are an important occasion in Ceylinco Life’s annual calendar, providing a platform to celebrate the achievements of its sales force at the halfway point of the year and recognise the dedication to customer service and performance that have contributed to the company’s continued success.
The ‘Champions of Excellence’ theme underscored the significance of the achievements being celebrated, while setting the stage for the award winners to carry their momentum and commitment into the second half of the year.
